Football Jim and a little musing

Here's a card I have made for my nephew to give to my brother
The image is Football Jim from digi stamp boutique

I coloured him with prisma pencils, cut him and the DAD out with nesties and used a white pen to add some stitching detail and went over the printed DAD with it too.
This one is for my Sister to give her oldest grandson Ciaran
I used a free image from little musings called Seb He has been cut out and mounted onto 3d foam pads
I changed the colour of the image in Page plus to match the backing card which is actually the back of a cereal box and has been stamped with a old star stamp from a studio g 99p set using antique linen distress ink

I printed the sentiment onto the same cereal packet. I then cut out a few stars with a cuttle bug die and added some faux stitching with a white sakura pen.

I do hope you have been enjoying this lovely weather we are having.
Thanks for stopping by,
Kerry xx

Here's a couple of cards I have made over the last few nights.
Not really overly happy with either of them!! My Mojo has really taken a hike the last couple of weeks. I have not been feeling fab which never helps but you know when you really want to make a card but the ideas in your head just won't translate onto the card grrrrrr!!! very frustrating!!!

This one is made using the freebie image from digi stamp boutique
Have you been and checked them out? there are some really fab little images and Sally-Ann adds a new one every month

I colour the image with prismas and also stamped coloured the background
the sentiment was computer generated

This image is also from the digi stamp boutique. He's a new release called Skater Ed and you can find him here along with his cute teddy family.

Hope you are enjoying this glorious weather we are having at the moment I know we certainly are. Although I don't want it to get any hotter. My veggies like it just like this :)

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting.

I give up...

.......with this stupid camera!!! Haven't got a clue what I have done to it but I am really struggling to take a decent picture of anything lately. It keeps coming up with errors on the screen. Then the pictures are either to bright to dark out of focus...aaarrrrggghhhh!!! doing my head in !!
Anyway I hope this isn't to bad

The papers are from a free download from shabby princess called spring breeze
All the images are from this cute collection over at the digi stamp boutique.
Sally-ann has added some more cute new images to the site today too.
I cropped them all coloured them with prisma pencils and printed the sentiment from word
Added a bit of faux stitching and a gem to finish.
I don't seem to have a lot of mojo at the mo more going in the bin that in my card box :( oh dear..please mr MOJO come back. I miss you soooo much lol
Off out to the veggie patch now for a couple of hours work in this glorious late evening sunshine :)

Well the weather is absolutely miserable here again today!! I do hope it brightens up for the weekend. I have 2 garden parties to go to. It's hubbies sisters 40th on Saturday and my sisters 50th on Sunday. I have 2 new summer dresses and some gorgeous shoes to wear and if it carries on raining I will not be able to wear them :( I will not be a happy camper lol

Here's a very clean and simple card I made using one of the new images from A passion for stamps

I printed the image and typed my own sentiment directly onto the card blank and coloured with prisma colour pencils. Then added a length of ribbon and a couple of gems to finish.

I am really enjoying working with Ruth's images. There are some absolutely beautiful flowers over on the site .This One is called columbine..... see, it's even educating me flower wise. Can never remember the names.

Hope you like my card and are enjoying this beautiful sunshine we are having...long may it continue hey?

O M G !!!

Well I am absolutely over the moon to tell you that Sally-Ann at digistampboutique has asked me to be on her design team PERMANENTLY wooohoooo!!!To say I was pleased is an understatement :)

So without further is my very first proper DT Card :)

It's a new month and that means only one thing ...Loads of new releases and a new offer of the month. This little chap is Called Jasper and is just one character from the offer of the month

Isn't he adorable??
I coloured the image with prisma pencils
The "Kraft" card is actually the backing board from an old paper pad I had ..ohh I love to recycle..sad i know lol
which I stamped with tiny hearts
The scallop edge is done with a xcut border punch
I stamped the sentiment onto some handmade bunting

"I love you this much" came to mind as soon as I saw little Jasper. He is doing exactly what my great nephew Olly does when he says it.,,,, Arms as wide as they will go ...toooo cute

Hope you like my card and that the weather where you are isn't quite as miserable as it is here today..groannnnnnnnnnn
