Just popping by to show you another super cute creation using one of the teacher thank you images from

The Digistamp Boutique

Another adorable image ...don't you think?

I coloured him with prisma color pencils

The papers are again from shabby princess

( this is what they should have looked like yesterday..stupid printer!)

I added a doily a bow a few faux pearls and a bit of handstitching to finish

oh and I embossed the back paper with a lattice pattern on my hougie board

Evening all, well what a weird day it has been weather wise. Sunny to start followed by black, then really windy, back to sunny, then blackness again with the most awful rain followed by the biggest hailstones I have ever seen ! bigger then marbles some of them which frightened me to death as I thought the windows would smash! And I am not exaggerating! now we are back to red hot sunshine again! you gotta love the good old blighty weather haven't you?? lol

Enough waffle pickle and on to the card that's what they've come to see lol :)

So for my card today I have used one of the lovely new thankyou teacher/back to school images from

I just adore this little Rosie character..isn't she a beaut?

I've coloured her with prisma color pencils

The papers are from shabby princess . There is a very long story about how they are not supposed to this colour but it involved lot's and lot's of swearing and banging and a lot more swearing at the printer/puter so I couldn't possibly share :p

The flowers are the smallest flower from tim holtz tattered florals die with some handcut rolled roses and leaves. The yellow paper has been embossed using crafts too daisy folder. A bit of hand stitching to bring out the red in the tie/shoes and a few gems to finish.

Butterflies

Hi all,

Just popping in to show you a quick stamped card

using this lovely little Wedding Butterfly set available Here

I simply printed the sentiment and frame onto ivory linen card, matted onto a black layer

then masked off the edges with post it notes before stamping the various butterflies in onyx black versafine

I stamped an additional butterfly onto scrap card , cut out and raised it up on foam pads.

and added a couple of gems to finish.

The idea in my head worked as I was imagining ivory and black = classy.

Not sure it worked in reality as I think it looks a little somber for a birthday card and maybe more suitable for sympathy instead.

I think I will attempt it in a bright colour :)

Oh well they can't all be masterpieces can they?

Embellishments : Ribbon, Button, Pearls

I've coloured the image and die with prismacolour pencils and the sentiment is craft works cards coloured with chalk ink. I made the little butterfly myself

I just want to say a huge thank you for all the beautiful messages of support you have been leaving on the passing of my beloved Nan. The funeral is tomorrow and I'm sobbing as I write this not sure how we are going to get through tomorrow but we will won't we ? because that's just what we have got to do isn't it?

I have just been writing out my card for her flowers but how can you cram onto a tiny little card all the love and loss you feel for someone who has been there all your life offering you love, understanding and massive support even in the bad times....when you really didn't deserve it.

God I miss her so much already it feels like I haven't seen her for years and it has only been a week and a half.

Thankl you again from the bottom of my heart, to know you are thinking of me gives me great comfort
