Five

Here's a cute little card made using this image from The Clipart fairy

The papers I used are also from The Clipart Fairy and are just one of a whole host of items from the Boy Trendz Range
I coloured the image with prisma pencils and paper pieced the five
I did a bit of the old distressed edges and a spot of all over the shop sewing with my trusty old singer machine that I have had since I was 15. It's only one of those half size starter machines. I think it was £35 at the time, I can remember saving up for it lol. My Mum came across it in her loft a few months back..what a find!
I also used the machine without any thread to do the piercing around the image

Hope you've all had a fab weekend and thanks for stopping by

Wonderful card, Kerry. I keep looking at those mini sewing machines for the sole purpose of paper crafting but they're sooooo expensive! You had a lucky find! Hugs, Marie xx

Hi Kerry, your on a roll at the moment and making some really fab cards. Love the bright and cheerful papers on this one and enjoyed reading your story of your sewing machine. My first one, just a straight stitcher, cost about £45 and I had to save up for it too :) Now I have two, a teeny weeny one and a full-size one that I haven't had out of the box yet!! Neat trick using the unthreaded needle to pierce round the image. Elizabeth x #97
