Less is more One Layer Card Challenge

Well it's the second week over at Less is more and this week the challenge is for a one layer card.
This is the girls description of what a OLC is
OLC One Layer Card
One piece of card folded in half with no additional layers and minimal embellishments, where the image is stamped directly onto the cardstock.

My image is a digi from A Passion for Stamps called Honeysuckle coloured with prismas color pencils
The sentiment was computer generated by me
embossed border was done on the hougie board and I added one gem to finish

I do hope you will pop over to Less is more and join in the challenge this week. I sometimes wonder whether people think that a clean style of cardmaking is easy/not much to it etc but I can tell you it's a lot harder to get right than you might think ! lol

I am also entering this card into the following challenges

Karber Weekly - DIGI STAMP and Birthday
Stamp Fairy - white with a touch of colour
Stampin' Sisters in Christ - Keep it Simple

Lovely card, see they dont have to have hundreds of layers to be nice and simple.

Lovely card Kerry, you've made a brilliant job of colouring the honeysuckle. I've never actually tried printing digital images directly on to the card base so got to give it a try now that I've seen your card. Elizabeth x
