Sweet Sophie

A little card I have made for hubbies god daughter
The image is called Sophie from Digi stamp Boutique. I am a big fan of Sally-Ann's work, with this particular image being one of my favourites

I coloured her with prisma color pencils and blended with sansodor
The pp is a free Zoe Pearn download you can get by signing up to receive her newsletter here
Her little dress was just crying out to be paper pieced :)
Flowers are from a cuttlebug die and xcut punch
A couple of gems and a stamped greeting to finish.

Isn't she adorable?

Hope you are all having a good weekend so far. Thanks for all the lovely comments you have been leaving and sorry for not getting back to those of you who asked questions. I will really try to answer them sometime this weekend

TTFN and thanks for looking
Kerry x

If I hadn't seen this on your blog I would not have realised it was one of your cards. It seems a very different style for you. More layering and more DPs used AND it's lovely! Warmest wishes, Lesley

Have you ever tried distressing the edges of your elements? I think this card would be improved by framing everything with a soft beige / brown edging... Sweet all the same though!
